ABOUT T. H. TESSEMA
Ms. Tenagne Holland Tessema (professionally known as T. H. Tessema) was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has been a literature lover since her early youth and fondly recalls writing short stories as a young girl. The writer turned to the “poet’s pen” during her teenage years, in pursuit of a creative outlet for her adolescent angst. As the years progressed, Ms. Tessema developed an earnest passion for poetry as a form of artistic and personal expression. In her adult years, poetry continues to be a means by which she is able to find great solace and sanctuary for her soul. Poetry is deeply intertwined with her spiritual journey. The writer perceives poetry as her time of communion with God. T. H. Tessema has authored and self-published two poetry collections, entitled Heart Rhythms, Mind Melodies, and so on...: the song of the soul in poetry and Conversations Under The Sun.
